them into perspex stilettos way too tight for her puffy tootsies.
The pregnant star’s feet bulged over the clear strap across the span, leaving a
painful-looking bulge between the arches and her ankles.
The ankle strap on the high heels was also too tight, cutting into Kim’s flesh.
But the mum-to-be, who looked otherwise stylish in her white dress with caped
sleeves
seemed determined not to show any discomfort, strutting through Beverly Hills with
her mum Kris Jenner.
